USING THE WIRELESS SENSOR NETWORK IN INTELLIGENT TRANSPORTATION SYSTEMS

Abstract

In this paper, the general format sensor networks and components and structural framework of collecting traffic information systems based on sensor networks is discussed and the potential difficulties in implementation and strategies for the Analytical discussed. The different types of sensors can be used in intelligent transportation systems (induction loop, magnetometer, magnetic sensors, radars, microwave, infrared, active and passive Aytfrard) is introduced and the capabilities, strengths, weaknesses, and unfavorable planting conditions, how to assess the characteristics of cars and their placement is discussed and analyzed.
