Abstract

Today, in addition to the durable properties of concrete, its aesthetics and appearance are also being studied. Various parameters affecting the appearance of concrete are type of mold, type of mold oil and concrete processing conditions. The main purpose of this research is to make self-compacting concrete samples to check the effective parameters, i.e. the type of mold including ABS plastic, PVC plastic, pure wood, MDF wood and iron, mold oils based on oil solvent and water solvent. or without mold oil in sample making and processing conditions that include processing in water environment and outside water environment affects the appearance quality of concrete. The results of various tests show the suitability of the samples made in ABS plastic mold and oil solvent-based mold oil, PVC plastic mold and water solvent-based mold oil, and ABS plastic mold and water solvent-based mold oil in the Schmidt hammer water absorption percentage test. Compressive strength and desirability of samples made without using mold oil and in ABS plastic mold and in water curing mode in wear and water loss tests and samples made in ABS plastic mold and in the state of not using mold oil. It is made without processing conditions in the test to check the quality of the surface of the samples.
